Recently renovated apartment with spacious and fully equipped rooms. Excellent location near shops, restaurants, and bars, just a 5-minute walk from San Marco Square. Easy online communication with the owner and clear instructions for everything. Can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably. Great value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at Alessandra House in Venice. the apartment had a quiet, spacious terrace where we enjoyed our mornings and evenings. It was spotlessly clean, and the host was kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage in the apartment until the afternoon, giving us extra time to explore Venice on our last day. the location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. the apartment was also close to the main stations and historical center, making it convenient for sightseeing. the apartment had excellent air conditioning, which was a relief in the hot Venice weather. it was a great value for money and we highly recommend Alessandra House.

The apartment at Alessandra House was fantastic! It had everything I needed, like a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and Wi-fi. Plus, the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing in the evening. It felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the size of the bathroom a bit small. But hey, that's just me.
